Phone Orders
For information or to place an order
by phone, call us at 860-927-0009. We answer during our regular
store hours, which are Monday thru Saturday 10am to 5:00pm,
and Sunday 12pm to 5:00pm. We operate this web site from our
shoe store. Please be patient if you call as we may be serving
customers and may need to get back to you. We want to give
all of our customers the proper attention.
Email Orders
To place an order by email,
send us your name and shipping address, description of what
you want to order, and a phone number where we can call you
back for payment information. Please do not send your credit
card information via email.
Delivery
We ship using UPS ground or USPS and
can ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday
or Sunday.
Shipments to
U.S. Addresses
Free shipping
for Online Orders. Phone orders will be charged $7.00 for
UPS and USPS Ground for first pair and $5.00 for each additional
pair.
Order Processing
Time
Most in-stock orders ship within three
business days from the time we receive the order.
Out -of-stock footwear and special orders can involve a lead
time of 10-20 days (sorry, but it varies by manufacturer and
is beyond our control). While we make every effort to special
order shoes (most retailers won't), you should be aware that
delivery times will vary.
Payment
We accept only charge cards for payment
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and must
have a verifiable address in order to process the card.
Sales Tax
Shipments delivered within the State
of Connecticut must include 6% sales tax on shoes and clothing
over $75.00. Shipments outside of Connecticut do not
require sales tax.
